Established in 1970, the International Centre English School, Kanpur, U.P. is a CBSE-affiliated higher secondary school from Nursery to Class 12. The spacious campus with gardens and a playground for sports and games has the requisite infrastructure of academic classrooms, labs for the science subjects of chemistry, physics, and biology, a Mathematics/ST lab, a computer lab, a library, and a music hall.
Academics and activities at International Centre English School The medium of instruction at International Centre English School, Kanpur is English, with Hindi also as an important language. International Centre English School admission process The admission procedure is nothing complicated and the fees are reasonable. For all classes, parents need to pay a registration fee of Rs. 200/-. The admission fee for the 2002-21 academic session at International Centre English School, Kanpur is Rs. 4500 for Classes 1 to 5 and Rs. 5500 for Classes 6 to 12.
Eligibility criteria for admission Parents seeking admission for their toddlers to the Nursery class should ensure the child is at least three years of age. For other classes up to Class 12, students have to appear for a simple admission test in order to determine whether or not they are eligible for the class to which admission is sought.
Documents required For kids who get admission to the Nursery class, parents must submit the child's birth certificate in original along with a photocopy, with the original then returned to the parents. In the case of other classes, it is mandatory to submit a Transfer Certificate within 15 days of getting admission, the passing Certificate, and the mark sheet of the exam passed (both original and photocopy, with the original returned after verification) in the last school that the student attended. Photocopies of the photo identity proof of both parents must also be submitted for admission to all classes. In the case of admission to Class XI, it is also required to submit the Registration No. of Class IX exam.
