Jaigopal Garodia Vivekananda Vidyalaya (JGVV) was established in the year 1981 and is managed by Hindu Educational and Charitable Trust. The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. JGVV offers education from LKG to class XII. The school follows CBSE curriculum till class X. The higher secondary classes (class XI and XII) at JGVV are a part of the Tamil Nadu state board. It is a co-educational institution with the medium of instructions as English. The school follows the preaching of Swami Vivekananda and also offers quality education in an interactive learning environment.

Academics

JGVV strictly adheres to the policies and guidelines of the CBSE board and follows the NCERT syllabus from LKG to class X. Activities

JGVV gives importance to both scholastic and co-scholastic activities. Sports and games are a part of the curriculum. The school provides special training to the interested students in games and sports such as kho-kho, handball, table tennis, chess, shuttle, football, volleyball and badminton. JGVV conducts meditation classes to the students and also involves them into activities such as art, music, field trips, Bhagavat Gita slogan recitation, bhajans and social service activities.
