Kendriya Vidyalaya Tokarkhada, Silvassa is a CBSE-affiliated coeducational school in the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli. The school was established in the year 2000 on 2 acres of land that was granted by the UT government. Initially, when it was set up, it only had the primary section. Over the years, the school has expanded into a full-fledged school and now runs classes up to XII. The school is located in the heart of Silvassa, the UT capital.

Infrastructure

The school has all the infrastructure required of a CBSE affiliated school. Its ICT infrastructure includes, two computer labs, computers for the office staff and in the staff common room. The school has broadband internet connectivity with 100 Mbps speed. With around 70 computers for 1000 students, it has quite a healthy student computer ratio of 14:1, which is quite high when compared with most other schools.

Apart from the ICT infrastructure, KV Tokarkhada, Silvassa has 24 classrooms, a library, biology, physics and chemistry labs, activity rooms and separate rooms for art, music and SUPW. There are regular co-curricular activities along with facilities for sports. All important days and national festivals are celebrated by the school.
