Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Matriculation Higher Secondary School was started in the year 2004 at Trichy and is managed by Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Charitable and Educational Trust. It is a co-educational, English medium institution which offers education from Kinder Garten to Higher secondary classes as per the regulation of Tamil Nadu Government. Up to class X, the school is affiliated with the board of matriculation schools and the higher secondary classes are affiliated to the state board of higher secondary education. Academics The school plays a major role in molding every child's future in academics and other extra-curricular activities. For KG kids, the school teaches the basic education through flashcards, colourful charts, computer, and projector. Infrastructure The school has furnished classrooms with necessary learning equipment. For KG, Kids Park and smart classrooms are available inside the school premises. To improve the practical knowledge and to conduct practical classes, the school has well-equipped laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The school also has special computer science laboratory with 30 systems.To update information knowledge the school has a well-stocked library with nearly 5000 books on various topics suitable for all students from KG to class 12. A big auditorium with a seating capacity of 500 students is present in the school to conduct special programmes, cultural events, and meetings. For pick-up and drop of the students, the school provides transport facility.
