About Dr. Kalmadi Shamarao High School

Dr. Kalmadi Shamrao High School is school which offers education right from Kinder Garten up to higher secondary.
It has a great atmosphere and wonderful infrastructure.
Established in 1988 at Ganeshnagar, it was named Karnatak High School. It was renamed in 1995 after demise of Dr. Kalmadi Shamrao

Facilities at School

The school is having well equipped class rooms which enables their students to learn faster. The teaching methods is supported by various audio visual and experiential teaching.
Their computer labs have around 6o computer systems which are connected through LAN. These computers are also connected with scanners, printers and CD writers. They are provided with Broad band connection to facilitate internet.

Apart from this, the school also has large and advanced laboratories for Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
They have Audio visual rooms to add a new dimension in learning.

School timings

It is from 7.30 a.m to 1.30 p.m. for Std. V to IX. Std. (Monday to Friday)and X Std. attends schools on Saturdays also.

If parents want to meet class/subject teachers, they can meet on Fridays after school hours. For meeting principal, parents need a prior appointment after 11.00 a.m.
