About Patacharkuchi Vidyapith Higher Secondary School

This school is one of the oldest school found in Assam, established on 1935 by two social workers, Late Harendra Chandra Sarma and Late Hareshwar Dev Choudhury. In the year 1960 they started their Higher Secondary section with three streams - Science, Arts and Commerce. They have never fallen from their distinguished top most position during their long journey. After the H. S. addition, they become combination of 3 major section school, e.g. Upper Primary section, High School section and Higher Secondary section, and thus offering their quality education from 5th to 12th standard.
