About Auxillium Convent High School :Auxillium convent high school is situated in Makarpura Road, Near Susen Circle Baroda, Gujarat. This school is a well-disciplined school for girls only run under the supervision of Salesian sisters of Donbosco. The Auxillium convent school founded in 1981 only for English medium and then in 1993 they have started Gujarati medium. Auxillium Convent High school, Baroda is accommodating both English and Gujarati medium affiliated with Gujarat State Education Board (GSEB). In this school, classes start from KG section to Higher secondary (Commerce and Science).
Admission :Though it is a Christian minority institution, it welcomes all community children without any caste or creed. This school gives preference to catholic children, especially poor and neglected ones. Once the ward admitted to this school, strictly she has to follow the rules and regulations of the school management framed out. For the management all students are equal whether they are from higher class, middle and or lower class families. This school strictly prohibited any recommendations for admission. The Academic year begins generally from the month of June.
Syllabus :The school followed the courses of studies as per the education board of Gujarat only. As a special, to keep alive the Christian faith, there is a religious subject "Value Education" class carry out up to ninth (9th) std., which is compulsory for Christian religion students. For students who are from other religions, their classes for "Value Education "is not connected to Christian faith.
Facilities:It is needless to say that the school has all academic facilities including Smart class rooms, well-ventilated large classrooms, Science Lab. for physics, Chemistry and biology, Computer Lab, Book Library, Meeting Hall, Auditorium etc.
Green trees surrounded shadow the school multi storied building. The school has spacious green playground & sport ground. In this school, for each student outdoor game and drills are compulsory unless a doctor's unfitness certificate produce.
Apart from above facilities, to build up the natural talents in each girl students the activities like drama, singing, quiz, dance, music, mimicry, fancy dress, art and craft completions conducts regularly in this school. The school also organizes special classes for those students who are interested in dance, music, yoga, drawing and N.C.C.
To encourage a healthy atmosphere, the School Students from Class 1st to XIIth, divided in to 4 houses namely Red, Blue, Green and yellow. Each house has 2house captains and 2Game captains among the students. Apart from this, one School Head Girl and one Asst. Head Girl are there. These students are responsible for conducting various inter house completions and activities in the school. They also help to maintain the discipline and order of the school with the guidance of Principal and Teachers of the School.
The School is regularly arranging for various field trips/ tours, annual functions and seasonal festival programs (Diwali, Christmas, Navratri Garba, Kite flying etc.)
In Auxillium Convent High school, there is no hostel facility. To serve the students the school has arrangement for private canteen for snacks.
School Timing :As this school is accommodating for both English and Gujarati Mediums it has two shifts. The Morning sections are for English medium and the Afternoon sections are for Gujarati medium students.
English Medium:
From 7.15 a.m. to 12.15p.m (Monday to Friday)
From 7.15 a.m. to 10.30a.m (Saturday)
Gujarati Medium:
From 12.30 to 5.30p.m (Monday to Friday)
From 10.15 to 1.00p.m (Saturday)
Transport Facility and Landmark:At present the Auxillium Convent school do not have any bus service for students. Students of this school have to come by using their own transport facilities.
Auxillium Convent School situated on the roadside of National Highway and very near to Sussen Circle, the centre of Pratapnagar, Tarsali, GIDC-Vadsar and Makarpura Roads. Therefore, 24 hours transport facility is there to reach this school from any direction. The distance between Baroda (Vadodara) Railway/Bus station and Auxillium convent High school is about 10kms.
This school is benefited for the students mainly from surrounding areas of GIDC, Tarsali,Makarpura,Vadsar, Pratapnagar,Manjalpur etc.
Additional information:The salesian sisters of Auxillium convent also known as 'Daughters of Mary Help of Christian' are always there to take the responsibility for the development of each student by;

In addition, the school management utilizes the income from various fixed deposits of well-wishers to give better education and encouragement to the poor as well as talented children of this school by way of giving many scholarships and awards
