About Smt. Ramrati Devi Senior Secondary School, Mau
Smt. Ram Rati Devi Senior Secondary School started the journey of providing quality education to the students of Lalitpur and nearby regions of Mau district in Uttar Pradesh in 1984. The English medium school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. The higher secondary school is a co-educational school is managed by Vande Matram Trust . The school enrolls students from Nursery onwards.
Facility
The infrastructure of the school is well-developed. The classrooms are spacious and well-ventilated. The science and computer laboratories are well-equipped. Students are given good practical exposure to understand the topics. The library has almost 12500 books on different subjects, periodicals, magazines, novels etc. The school also provides facilities for indoor games. Medical facility is available. Students can avail the transport facility on nominal charges.
Admission
Admission in the school is done between April 1 to April 30 every year. Parents need to fill registration form available with the prospectus. For admission is nursery, no written test is taken. Admission is based on the observation of child's behavior and parent's interaction. From class I onwards, the candidates will have to appear for the written test.
School fees
1. Admission fee:
Admission fee for class I to Class V is Rs.300. For class VI to VIII, the admission is Rs. 400. For class IX and X, the fees is Rs. 500 and for class XI and XII, the admission fee is Rs. 750.
2. Tuition fee:
The monthly tuition fee for Class I to V is Rs. 150. Tuition fee for class VI to VIII is Rs. 200 per month. The tuition fee for Class IX and X is Rs. 400 per month. And the monthly fee for Class XI and XII is Rs. 650.
Apart from these, the students of all the classes will be charged computer fee which is Rs. 100 per month.
The students who avail the transport facility will be charged with transport fee which varies between Rs. 200 to 600, depending on the distance. Admissions for 2026 - 2027 Academic YearPlease contact the school directly for the admission procedure in specific schools.
