About Rose Mary English School

Established in 2000 for the children of poor families residing in the locality, Rose Mary English School (RMES) has developed into a reputed Government recognized S.S.C. school. An initiative of the Siddiqui's Educational and Welfare Trust (SEWT), which is a charitable trust, the school currently has over 800 students on its rolls. Classes are from the pre-primary level to Class 10.

Infrastructure & Facilities

When REMS was first set up in the slum locality of Malwani, Malad, it was housed within just two rooms. A decade later, today it has better infrastructure, with large classrooms and a playground outdoors for games and sports like cricket and basketball.

Students participate enthusiastically in programs to celebrate national days and cultural festivals. Excursions are organized for the students of the higher classes.
