About Rushikul Vidyalaya School
Rushikul Vidyalaya follows the Maharashtra State Education Board's SSC curriculum. However, looking beyond this curriculum, the school neither encourages rote learning nor puts any stress on scoring high marks. Instead, the focus is on imbibing interest in a subject and being curious, asking questions and not just accepting what is taught. Students bloom with confidence after studying here, the learning process being a joy and not something tedious.
AcademicsClasses are from the pre-primary level to Std. 10. Beyond the text books, the Rushikul Vidyalaya has a plethora of activities which are part of the curriculum. There are puzzles and quizzes, story-telling, drawing, craft and just doodling, elocutions and debates, music and dance, etc. The child's personality is developed through dramas, skits, public speaking and project work. Field trips are organized and festivals celebrated.
Infrastructure and facilitiesThe modest campus of Rushikul Vidyalaya has a computer lab, science labs, an audio-visual room, a library for both students and parents and a toy library for the little ones.
