About Sree Saraswathi Vidya Mandira School
Sree Saraswathi Vidya Mandira is perhaps one of the oldest schools in the state of Karnataka. The school is situated at V.V.Puram in Bangalore. At present the school imparts education to over 2000 students from all classes.
The School started in the year 1950 on the day of Gandhi Jayanthi by a visionary, Late G.S. Sharma who later on became President of the All India Schools Association.
The co-educational secondary English medium school is constructed on a big plot and provides spacious classrooms, laboratories managed by well qualified staff, sophisticated sports ground within the school campus itself, enabling its students to learn and practice yoga, sports and other games.
