About Chandy Matriculation School

Chandy Matriculation School was started in the year 2001 and is managed by Pitchandi Poornamalai Ammal Trust. It is a co-educational, English medium institution recognized by the Government of Tamil Nadu and is affiliated by the Director of Matriculation Schools. The aim of the school is to provide quality education as per the educational standards of the country. The school is a part of Chandy group of institutions which is one of the popular educational institutions in Tuticorin district. Chandy Matriculation School gives opportunities for the students to update their academic skills, life skills and personality.

Academics

Chandy Matriculation offers education from Pre KG to class X as per the curriculum of the Tamil Nadu education board. Education is given to the students on subjects such as Tamil, English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Computer Science, Hindi, General Knowledge and Moral Science. Both theory and practical sessions are conducted for the easy and better understanding of the subjects. The academic excellence of the students is evaluated based on the performance of the students in term tests, quarterly, half-yearly and terminal examinations. Activities
