Global Public school in Vellore was founded by Mrs. Hema Prasad and promoted by Prasad Educational trust in the year 2015. The school revolves around the motto of GLobal mind with an Indian heart. It has a value based education system, which inculcates the importance of cultural heritage and traditional values of India. This kind of educational system will make the students and teachers feel honored for what they are, and that let them to open up for global standards with higher confidence.

Mission, vision and aim of the school is to provide the best environment, to explore the child's gifted talents. The school make the students thoughtful enough to evaluate the forthcoming challenges and independent enough to understand their responsibilities, so that they can contribute worthy innovation to the changing social -environment.

Campus facilities

Campus is located near Arcot, it takes only 10 minutes drive from Vellore electronic city. Global Public school is a well constructed and spread on 30 acres of land. Though large in space, the campus is kept clean all the times. The campus includes spacious classrooms, computer labs, science labs, theater, cafeteria, sports complex and well maintained lawn area. The school has 24*7 power supply, they have high level of security with CCTV monitoring, dance studio and music hall. The campus is empowered with WIFI, in order to make use of digitization and technology based learning. To enrich the spiritual beliefs of students and teachers, the school facilitated a separate prayer room within the campus.

Classroom facilities: All grades of students learn in smart classrooms. The right proportion of technology and traditional teaching is given to students, to gain knowledge and to get benefited from emerging technologies. The airy spacious classrooms are furnished with child friendly furniture and attractive decorations.Each student is given separate cubby( a storage place) to keep their belongings. All classrooms consist of LCD projector to teach through audio visuals, whiteboard to work out math, diagrams & figures, and computers to play rhymes, stories and other educational programs.

Cafeteria: Global public school strictly checks the hygiene. The campus has installed RO system for water.

Transport facility: The school has school buses covering all important routes in and around Vellore. The school has taken multiple measures for the safety of children during travel. The students will be given an Identity card, with the information including his/her bus route and almanac containing the details of the person in charge of pick up and drop of that particular bus route.

Curriculum

Global Public school has classes from K- VIII. It follows CBSE syllabus. The medium of instruction and communication inside the premises is English. Hindi is one of the mandatory subjects in the curriculum.

Sports

The school keeps sports as a part of the curriculum. It has facilitated a separate complex for sport within the campus, which includes gymnasium, courtyards, playground etc, with organised sport utilities. The school facilitates for both individual sports and team sports.

Co-curricular

Co curricular activities of the school includes art & crafts, music, dance, drama, drawing, playing and clay modelling. All these co- curricular activities are allowed to explore in school hours. Apart from the document submission, students has to undergo screening tests, according to the class of their admission.
Students applied for LKG have to attend an interview along with their parents, students applied for UKG and upper classes have to appear for a written test, framed mainly in the subjects of English, second language and Math.
