About Mission Inter College Pithoragarh School

Mission Inter College is one of the oldest schools in the Siltham region of Pithoragarh district and has facilities for teaching from class 6 to 12. It was established in the year 1872 and before independence, it was managed by Christian Missionaries. Earlier, the student strength was good but with many new schools, the number of students has now dwindled and has come down to about 150 only. The number of teachers also accordingly reduced. This school is located on a hillock and is very near to the Bhatkot Primary School. It is hardly about a kilometre from the town market. The school has a library and mid day meal facility for the students.
