About Fransalian School of Excellence
Fransalian School of Excellence (FSE), Aurangabad is a private, unaided, co-ed English medium minority school proposed to be affiliated to the CBSE Board. Managed by the Fransalians of Nagpur, the academic institute provides a good ambience for not just academic development but also instills vital values and virtues. Through sports and competitive activities, students gain skills in teamwork and leadership, at the same time understanding the significance of professional ethics and sportsmanship. Healthy food habits, the importance of hygiene and the necessity to protect the environment create a holistic development of the child.
Fransalian School of Excellence timings Children of Nursery, LKG and UKG attend school from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm, while students from Class 1 to Class 8 attend school from 7.30 am to 1.55 pm.
Campus infrastructure and activities Prior to starting classes, students gather for the morning Assembly. The pre-primary school children have their own play zone while the older students enjoy basketball on the court located outdoors. Other infrastructure in the academic building of Fransalian School of Excellence, Aurangabad includes the library, labs for physics and chemistry, and an Art room. In keeping with the goal to be environmentally friendly, the campus has a recycling unit for paper. There is no facility for the provision of food and parents are expected to give tiffin to the child.
Admission procedure Parents can check the official website of Fransalian School of Excellence, Aurangabad to know the start of the admission process, which is generally in the month of December for the next academic year, with the online registration closing as soon as the seats are filled up. A print out of the online registration form has to be taken and submitted to the school's office along with the required documents as per the schedule provided. In case of a problem in obtaining the online form, parents can obtain the form from the school office with a fee of Rs.50/- for the form. The registration fee for both, the online and offline process, is Rs.500/-.
Age criteria for admission: The child should complete at least five-and-half years for admission to Class 1 as on 30th September of the year of admission. For the pre-primary section, the child should be 3+ for admission to Nursery, 4+ for admission to LKG, and 5+ for UKG.
Documents to be submitted with the completed registration form are as follows-
- Self-attested photocopy of the child's birth certificate from the Municipality or Gram Panchayat authority.
- Self-attested photocopy of the caste certificate, if applicable, of the father. This is a requirement only for those seeking admission to Class 1.
- Two recent passport size colour photos of the child.
- If the child is under the custody of a Guardian and not his/her parents, an affidavit must be submitted, explaining the relationship between the Guardian and the child and reasons for the guardianship.
- A photocopy of the Baptism Certificate duly attested by the Parish Priest/Pastor of the Church, in case the child is a Christian.
- A photocopy of the child's Aadhar Card.
- Photcopies of the Aadhar Card and PAN Card of both parents.
After registration Admission to Fransalian School of Excellence, Aurangabad will be given strictly on the basis of merit. Parents must ensure that the date of birth entered in the registration form is correct. If it is found that fake documents or false information have been provided at any stage of the admission procedure or even later, the admission will immediately be cancelled.
Once admission is confirmed, the parents have to pay the school fee of Fransalian School of Excellence, Aurangabad (and Bus fee if applicable) through a non-cash transaction, after receiving the child's Fee Challan from the school office.
