About Vasundhara Academy School
Established in 2014, Vasundhara Academy in Akole is a Govt.-recognized CBSE-affiliated co-ed English medium school up to Class 10 under the management of Abhinav Education Society. There are two divisions for each Std. from I to VIII, and one each for Std. 9 and Std. 10. A special feature of the school is that children with special needs are also integrated into the school's academic programs. Another highlight of academics is that students are encouraged to participate in Olympiads and scholarship exams.
On the campus Facilities and infrastructure at Vasundhara Academy, Akole include a large library, labs for science, geography, Maths, a computer lab, rooms for music and dance as well as art and craft, hostels, a canteen, a medical room, etc. There is a large playground for outdoor sports like softball, athletics, kabaddi, kho-kho, etc and facilities for indoor games like rifle shooting, carrom, etc as well. The school has its own fleet of buses for transporting the students to and fro.
Admission procedure The admission procedure to Vasundhara Academy, Akole is simple, with parents required to first register their ward's name, fill up the online admission form, and take a printout of it. A hard copy of this form, along with the required documents and school fee, should be submitted to the school office. The documents required are-
- The child's original birth certificate. In case it has been misplaced learn how to apply for a duplicate birth certificate
- Leaving/Transfer certificate
- Report card of the last school attended
- Passport size photo of the child
- Aadhar Card
- Blood Group Certificate
