About RPS International School Rohtak

RPS Rohtak is part of a chain of schools owned by the Rao Prahalad Singh Group of schools and established under the guiding vision of Dr. O.P. Yadav, a well-known advocate, and educationist.

Facilities

At RPS, classrooms are equipped with smart boards which enable the teacher to impart knowledge and explain tough concepts logically through the use of audio-visual aids. The library is well-stocked. There are separate reading tables provided for better concentration. CCTV cameras are installed for monitoring the students.

RPS has a fleet of buses running over a radius of 60kms all around the city providing safe travel, monitored by CCTV cameras, and equipped with the GPRS system and first aid boxes.

For meeting any health emergency, the school has an air-conditioned medical room with trained staff. A psychologist is also available during school hours for counselling the students.

Admission Instructions

The admissions are done through an admission test conducted by the school.
The following are the documents required for admission:

2 passport-size photographs of the student.

Original transfer certificate of the previous school and original mark sheet of last class studied in the previous school if the student is taking admission in class 1st to 12th, otherwise, for LKG and UKG only a copy of the birth certificate is required.

Following is the respective syllabus for the written test:

For classes UKG to XI:
A written test for English, Maths & Science is conducted.

For classes XII (Arts):
A written test is conducted according to their 11th-class subjects.

For classes XII (Commerce):
A written test for Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics.

For classes XII (Medical);
A written test for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

For classes XII (Non-Medical):
A written test for Physics, Chemistry, and Maths is conducted.

The tests are based on CBSE & HBSE syllabus of the previous year.
