Bharath Senior Secondary School was established in 1961 and is managed by Bharath Educational Society. It is a co-educational institution and is the first CBSE School in Chennai affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. The school provides quality education to the students in an interactive learning environment. The medium of instructions in the school is English. The school gives importance to academics and also involves the students beyond the academic level activities such as sports and fine arts.

FacilitiesThe school is located at an easily accessible location in Adyar and has a two-storey building with well-furnished and ventilated classrooms.
