About Vivekananda Vidya Mandir School
Vivekanand Vidya Mandir was founded in the year 1970. The school imparts education from KG sections to class XII. Affiliated tomCBSE board, the school is managed by Sri Ramakrishna Seva Sangha. The first batch of this English medium co-educational school passed out in the year 1980. At 10+2 level, the students can opt between science and commerce stream.
Facilities: Spacious classrooms are available. Laboratories and libraries have all the necessary amenities and books and magazines. A separate room is available for art and music. Since computer education is compulsory for the students from class V to Class X, a computer center is present in the campus. Medical and meditation room is also available which students can avail when required. Playground is present in the campus where students can play various sports such as football, basket ball, badminton, kho-kho etc.
Co-curricular activities: Students can participate in dance, music, painting, singling, art, craft, drawing, debate, writing, and quiz competition. This competitions are held annually to develop the personality and talents of the students. Annual sports day is also celebrated in which students can participate in their favorite sports event.
