Fusco's Matriculation Higher Secondary School is managed by the Sisters of St. John the Baptist. The school is providing excellent service in the field of education for more than 30 years. The medium of instructions in the school is English. It is a co-educational higher secondary institution recognized by the Government of Tamil Nadu and it follows the curriculum of the Tamil Nadu state board. The school strives hard to provide holistic education to its students. It also aims to promote value-oriented, skill-based as well as career-oriented education in order to inculcate responsibility, talent and moral values among the students.
Education Fusco's school offers education from KG to class XII. The school practices the Montessori system of education for the tiny tots in the KG classes. From class I to X, the school follows the Unified Syllabus (Samacheer Kalvi) designed by the Tamil Nadu state board. The syllabus includes subjects such as Tamil, English, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies. For better understanding of difficult concepts, digital learning methodology is followed through smart class training courses offered by EDUCOM.
For higher secondary classes (Class XI and XII), the school follows the syllabus approved by the State Board. The school provides special coaching to the students of class X and XII, to secure high marks in the board examination and also guides the students in selecting their career path.

Infrastructure The school has a wide campus with a special area for classrooms, laboratories, library, and playground. Large classrooms with furniture, lighting and proper ventilation are available for each section. To conduct practical classes, the school has separate well-equipped laboratories for Computer, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. To develop the reading habit of the students and to update them with knowledge, the school has a library stocked with many reference books on various topics. The school also has a playground and facilities to play indoor games and sports. Transport facility is provided to the students for pickup and drop.
Activities and Events The school conducts both co-curricular and extra-curricular activities to the students. Various club activities are organized in the school regularly and the students are encouraged to participate in the club activities based on their field of interest. Some of the active clubs in the school are Science Club, Eco Club, Maths Club, Media Club and Literary Club. To develop the listening skills, reading skill and comprehending skills of the students, the school conducts story time, NIE classes and Quiz programmes every day.
Apart from academics, the school gives importance to extra-curricular activities such as music, dance, karate, yoga, keyboard, scout, and band. Physical and mental fitness is much needed for students, so the school conducts physical education training courses to the students on games and sports such as Hockey, Basketball, Football, Handball, Throwball, Taekwondo, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Chess and Carrom.
The school conducts some regular events every year and identifies the hidden talent of the students by organizing various cultural programs and competitions. Some of the events celebrated in the school are Teachers day, Kamarajar's birthday( Educational development day), Environment day, Blood Donation day, Fine Arts day, Gandhi Jeyanthi, Founders day, Independence day, Annual Sports day, Christmas celebrations, etc.
