Registration and admission will be through the online process at their official website.
In the case of Uttarakhand Open University (UOU), Haldwani, Nainital both online and offline admission is available. Those taking online admission can scan the relevant documents and upload them during the online application process. In case you are taking admission through the offline mode, you are required to enclose the self-attested photocopies of all the original documents and a signed certificate in the given form and can seek enrollment through a Learner Support center.
For admission to Uttaranchal University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand you can apply online and offline as well. The online process is through initial registration, then uploading relevant documents, and paying the application fee online. For the offline process, you can visit the University campus and do the registration there, and, upon receiving an email confirming the registration, you can proceed to the next step of document verification by the admissions office. They will send you an offer letter if the documents are all in order and you fulfill the required eligibility criteria. Once you accept the offer letter, you can deposit the final fee at the accounts office of the University (cash and cheque payment is also accepted, other than various online payment modes). The university prioritises serving the educational requirements of women, tribal people, and other underrepresented groups. There are 14 schools in total, representing various academic disciplines, at UOU Haldwani. More than 240 Study Centers have been created at various locations throughout the state by UOU to deliver its programmes. BA, BBA, MA, and MBA degrees are offered by Uttarakhand Open University. During the summer session and the winter session of each year, applications are welcomed for a variety of courses. All UG and PG course admissions are handled on a first-come, first-served premise. Candidates who wish to be considered for entry to the MBA and Postgraduate Diploma in Management programmes must either have current CAT or MAT scores or take the UOU entrance exam. Subject to seats being available, interested applicants for the PG Diploma may also submit an application directly.

A BOB/SBI Bank Challan can be used to make payments offline, giving students a second way to pay their fees. Print the application, then send it to the study centre with your references attached.
