Are the fees at BITS Pilani Dubai less than the campuses in India?

BITS, Dubai fees are higher than that of campuses in India. The details are as follows.
BITS Dubai admissions are direct and no BITSAT is required. The fee is to be paid in Arab Emirate Dinars (AED). The yearly fee is 47K AED. One AED is equal to about 22.5 rupees as of now. So the total fee you have to pay in Indian Rupees will be around 10,57, 500. This is the yearly fee. In addition to the above, you are to pay a caution deposit of AED 5750. Your hostel fee is separate and that is not included in this. In addition to the above. your travelling expenses from India to Dubai at least 2 times a year will be also extra.
The fee in India at BITS Pilani is about Rs.5.45 Lakhs per annum. This includes all fees but not hostel expenses. Hostel expenses are extra. Here the allocation of seats will be based on the rank you have obtained in BITSAT.
As far as quality of the education is concerned all BITS campuses will be on par and you will not find much difference.

I studied at BITS Pilani Dubai, thus I can vouch for the fact that the tuition there is lower than at the campuses in India. Compared to my peers who attended classes at the Goa and Hyderabad campuses, my tuition was significantly less. Additionally, I was eligible for a number of scholarships and discounts because I was a student at BITS Pilani Dubai, which further eased my financial load. As a result, I was able to concentrate more on my schoolwork and enjoy my time at the university.
