I think the government engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu are well-regarded for engineering. I went to an interview last year for a software solutions company in Chennai. After the interview was done and dusted, I checked the Linkedin bio of the company and was surprised to know that a good proportion of the employees associated with the company in their Linkedin profile had completed their graduation from government engineering colleges in TamilNadu at some point in their career. The government engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu have a solid reputation for offering high-quality education and turning out qualified engineers. The state is regarded for having a strong educational system.

The well-known technical university in India, Anna University, is connected with the engineering institutes in TamilNadu. The programme is created to give students a solid foundation in engineering principles as well as essential practical skills and knowledge.
