Veterinary science courses completed in India will not directly make you eligible to practice abroad as a Veterinary Doctor because there is a licensing criteria to become eligible to practice. You need to clear the licensing exam of the respective country to practice as a Veterinary Doctor in that particular country.

1. For Practicing in the UK as a Veterinary Doctor: In the UK they require foreign Veterinary Doctors to get accreditation of RCVS, and also possess a skilled worker Visa in the respective field before getting the nod to practice as a Veterinary Doctor. You need to pass the licensing examination to become a registered Veterinary Doctor in the UK.

2. For USA: In the USA you need to get a license from PAVE (Program for Assessment of Veterinary Education Equivalence) which is conducted by the American Association of Veterinary State Boards. PAVE is needed for veterinary graduates from non-accredited colleges. For Indian Veterinary graduates this is the most suitable certification and is valid for practice in the USA, Australia, and New Zealand. You need to pass the English proficiency test, clinical science exam and clinical proficiency exam to get the license to practice. Once you get this license you will be eligible to practice in any state of the USA. Under a clinical proficiency test, one has to either complete 12 months of clinical experience at an accredited Veterinary school or clear a Veterinary Clinical Skills Assessment (VCSE) examination.

In every country, there is a different licensing authority and different criteria for Veterinary graduates of other countries. It is not an easy process and most foreign countries have strict criteria for people who have studied from a foreign country. If you are skilled and have a good amount of experience, then you have better chances of getting such jobs abroad because they have tough assessments for foreign Veterinary graduates. Once you get the license you will be able to practice without any problem.
