From which year New National Eduction Policy becomes effective?

According to a professor from my old University, the New National Education Policy (NEP) came into force after being approved by the Indian Union Cabinet on July 29, 2020. The goal of the policy is to overhaul the Indian educational system and give every student access to a fair and inclusive education. The former National Policy on Education, which was created in 1986 and revised in 1992, is replaced by this one.

When the New National Education Policy was unveiled in 2020, I can still feel the excitement. After much waiting, it was ultimately scheduled to take effect in 2021. A balanced approach to learning and the introduction of fresh ideas to promote a more fair and equitable educational environment was expected to transform the educational system. I was excited to see the upcoming changes and am looking forward to seeing how the new policy will impact my own academic career.
