A student who completed his diploma in an Engineering subject after the 10th class can also do his/ her graduation in Engineering. There is a provision for these students to get lateral entry into the 2nd year of 4 year engineering course. That means the student can complete hB Tech in 3 years.
There will be a separate entrance test for D2D students and seats will be allotted based on the rank obtained in that entrance test.
Almost all government colleges will have some seats allotted to these candidates.
