I don't have any experience in this, but my friend Rahul told me how to apply for the Integrated MSc Program after the 12th through NEST, as he did the same and now he is studying MSc Program at Calicut University. So, I will share some guidance for applying for Integrated MSc through NEST based on his experience and I'm sure that it will be helpful to you.

NEST stands for National Entrance Screening Test. It is a National level Examination Conducted by the National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar and the University of Mumbai - Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM-DAE CEBS), Mumbai. They provide admission to the five-year Integrated MSc program in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics offered by NISER and UM-DAE CEBS. Here are the steps my friend followed to apply for the MSc Program.

First Eligibility requirements: You must first determine if you are eligible to take the test. The applicant must have received at least 60% of the possible points in the Science stream (PCB/PCM) on their Class 12 (or equivalent) examination from a recognised board (55% for SC/ST/PWD students).
Then, Registration: You can apply online at the official NEST website beginning in January 2023 when enrollment for NEST 2023 is anticipated to open. A legitimate email address, mobile number, and biographical and educational information are required.

Application Form: Following registration, you must complete the NEST 2023 application form and submit your most recent passport-sized picture and signature. Additionally, you will be required to submit the application cost, which is anticipated to be Rs. 600 for SC, ST, and PWD applicants and Rs. 1200 for general/OBC applicants. Through net banking or a credit/debit card, the charge can be made online.

Admit Card: The admit card for NEST 2023 will be made available on the official website following the conclusion of the registration procedure. By signing in with your registration number and password, you can obtain the admit card. The test date, hour, and location will all be listed on the admit card.
Exam: In June 2023, an internet version of NEST 2023 is anticipated. The test will last three hours and be divided into five sections: general ability, physics, chemistry, mathematics, and biology. There will be 230 overall points on the test.

Result: On the official page, the NEST 2023 results are anticipated to be released in July 2023. The candidate's rating and ranking will be included in the outcome. Based on their merits, the applicants will be summoned for counselling and shortlisted.

Counselling: Candidates who have been shortlisted must show up for counselling at the appropriate schools. Candidates will be assigned places during counselling based on their preferences and position. After the entrance fee has been paid and all necessary paperwork has been submitted, the admission procedure will be finished.

When I last checked, The National Institute of Science Education and Research had released the schedule for NEST-2023. My sister was applying and she was telling me the procedures to apply. I would be happy to share the same with you!
First, visit the website and start the registration process for the exam by initiating the application. Fill in the mandatory details with the correct data and submit the appropriate documents to the website, such as the following ones:
Class 10th and 12th marks sheet/Report Card/Certificate.

Digital copy of the passport-size photograph in .jpeg or.jpg format (Size Limit: 200 kb)
Scanned Image of your signature in .jpeg or .jpg format (Size Limit: 200 kb)
Valid and Unique Mobile number and Email ID.

After submitting the above, the next important section I feel is the exam city preference. You must give area preferences to the nearest locations to save money and make the process less of a hassle.

After everything else is completed, you may pay the fee and end the application process. Await the confirmation mail from the official NEST mail and I would advise you to write down your registration number and other important details somewhere safe.

My sister emphasized the fact that one has to keep checking the website and any news related to the exam and I wish you all the best for the exam.

I have no firsthand experiences to contribute. I can, however, provide you with some general information regarding applying to the Integrated MSc programme through NEST 2023.

For kids who have just finished their Class 12 exams, applying for NEST 2023 can be both exhilarating and nerve-racking. I recall feeling a little overwhelmed by the application process when I applied for NEST, but the stages were very simple.

Then, I went to the NEST 2023 official website and registered for the exam by submitting my name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. After creating an account, I filled out the application form with my personal and academic information, chose my chosen exam locations, and uploaded my photos and signature.

I paid the application cost online through net banking after completing the application form. Before submitting the form, I double-checked the payment information. After submitting the form, I printed the confirmation page for my records.

I downloaded my admit card from the official website a few weeks later and took the exam. The exam was administered online and had five sections. I recall being nervous during the exam, but I tried to remain cool and focused.
When the results were announced, I was overjoyed to learn that I had been accepted into the Integrated MSc programme at NISER. I was invited for counselling rounds, during which I indicated my course and institute preferences.
Overall, my application for the Integrated MSc programme through NEST 2023 was difficult yet rewarding. I would advise students to begin the application process as soon as possible and to remain organised throughout the process.
