International schools that are being run by a board offer excellent teaching to the students. The salaries that are being offered to a teacher in this school will be higher than that of a government teacher. Mainly these schools prefer experienced candidates to teach the subjects.

These schools will their own selection procedure and mostly they may be recruiting through known sources. The following are the requirements.

1. A Graduate or Post Graduate in Hindi with a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination.
2. The candidate should have completed B.Ed or M.Ed with Hindi as one of the subjects.
3. The candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience as a Hindi teacher in a reputed school.
4. The candidate should have fluency in spoken English.
5. The candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. The candidate should be able to manage the classroom effectively.

These schools will be publishing advertisements in various newspapers and candidates can apply following the procedure mentioned in the advertisement. The authorities will shortlist the candidates and then may call them for a written test followed by an interview.

In my opinion, if any known teacher working in these schools recommends a particular candidate the management may give priority.

My research shows that there are a few important things to do in order to become a Hindi teacher in a school administered by an international board.

First, one needs a bachelor's degree in Hindi or a closely comparable subject. Your chances of finding work as a teacher might also be improved by earning a teaching certification or an education degree.

Teaching Hindi to pupils of various ages and backgrounds requires experience, which is another requirement. Internships, volunteer work, or even teaching at a nearby school are all ways to accomplish this.

Finding employment chances can also be facilitated by networking with and developing partnerships with overseas schools. Your chances of landing a job can be improved by participating in job fairs or conferences, making connections with recruiting firms, and having a strong web presence.

Additionally, it is advantageous to have a solid grasp of the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum and instructional strategies. This can be accomplished by participating in training sessions or workshops provided by the IB organisation or by looking for mentorship from seasoned IB educators.

In conclusion, one requires a degree in Hindi, a teaching certificate, experience teaching Hindi to students, networking skills, and an understanding of the IB curriculum and teaching techniques in order to function as a Hindi teacher in an international board-run school. One can improve their chances of getting hired as a teacher in an international school by taking these actions.
