How to learn a foreign language and speak in a native speaker accent.

Learning a foreign language is not very difficult these days. Many State and Central universities are offering diploma courses in foreign languages. For example, Andhra University Visakhapatnam is offering Diploma courses in Russian Language and French language. They offer these courses in the evening college mode as many executives will be applying for these courses. These days many institutes are there which offer foreign language courses. So any person who wants to learn a foreign language should first decide on the language and then search for the institute offering a course. There are many online institutes are also there. A search on the internet will get the details of such institutes and select from the list and then apply.
Another way is there are some teachers who are giving tuition to students online in some foreign languages. These will be even one-to-one classes also.
