India International University Goa Admissions 2024-25

The eligibility criteria- For BBA LLB and BA LLB: 1. There is no upper age limit for admission to these courses. 2. Candidates who passed the 12th class examination with a minimum of 45% are eligible to apply for this course. The minimum marks required for SC/ST candidates are 40%. 3. Candidates appearing for the 12th examination in March/ April 2024 can also apply. But they should submit their result at the time of admission. If they fail to submit by that time they will not be considered for admission.
For LLM: 1. Candidates who cleared their LLB degree with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade are eligible to apply. The minimum marks required are 45% for SC/ST candidates. 2. No upper age is prescribed for admission. 3. Candidates appearing for the final year examination of LLM in March/April 2024 can also apply. However, they should submit proof of their pass in the examination at the time of admission. If the candidate fails to submit the same, admission will not be allowed.
Admission Process: The admissions will be based on the Entrance test called India International University Law Entrance Test (IIULET)
The important dates for this test are as below- 1. Starting date of online registration: 1.11.2023 2. Last for online submission of application form: 12.1.2024 3. Online payment of registration fee is to be completer on or before 12.1 2024 4. Availability of admitted care on the website of the institute for download from 18.1.2024 5. Mock Test 20.1.20024 6. Online examination will be conducted on 21-1-2024. 7. Results will be announced before the end of 1st week of February 2024.

The candidate will be required to produce the following documents/certificate in original at the time of admission/counselling process:
In the case of undergraduate courses: 1. Class XII and X passing certificates and marks sheets. 2 Character Certificate from School Authority taken very recently 3. Valid certificate of SC/ST/OBC/ Persons with Disability/EWS.
In the case of Post-Graduate Courses- 1. Class XII and X passing certificates and marks sheets 2. Mark Statements of LL.B and LL.B degree certificate 3. Latest Character Certificate from the last institution 4. Transfer Certificate, if required 5. A Valid certificate of SC/ST/OBC/ Persons with Disability/EWS.

Eligibility criteria
For LLM Degree

Selection procedure of the candidates
The candidates are selected on the basis of merit scores and the results of entrance tests. They should appear for the India International University Law Entrance Test.
How to apply for the entrance examination
The candidates should visit the official site at https://www.iiuler.com/ or IULER and find the option 'Register'. Then they should fill out the online registration form. Then, they should pay the registration fee online through a credit card, debit card, etc. They should upload a photograph and signature. Before submitting the form, check the details and then submit the form. After submitting the form, an acknowledgment receipt is generated. Then the candidates should log in and upload documents such as photographs, signatures, passports, and educational documents, and then submit the form.
At the time of admission or counselling, the students should produce documents such as a character certificate from the school, a marksheet for grades 10 and 12, and a certificate for the reserved category if required. The candidates applying for the post-graduate degree mark sheet of 12th Grade, Class X, and L.L.B., transfer certificate, character certificate, or certificate of reserved category, if applicable.
