Kendriya Vidhayala Sangathan (KVS) has started the registration process for admission from 2 standards to 10 standards. The application process starts on 3 April 2023. To take admission to KVS, you should have to contact the principal of the nearest Kendriya Vidhyalay.

How to apply
KVS is accepting the application form for admission to class one through online mode and mobile applications. For admission to class 2 to class 10, you have to take the form from nearby Kendriya Vidyalaya, fill the form carefully and submit it to the same Kendriya Vidyalaya. The last date to submit the offline form is 12 April.

- class 4 - age 8 years to 10 years
- class 5 - age 9 years to 11 years
- class 6 - age10 years to 12 years
- class 7 - age 11 years to 13 years
- class 8 - age 12 years to 14 years
- class 9 - age 13 years to 15 years
- class 10 - age 14 years to 16 years

1. Online Registration for Admission to Class-I in Kendriya Vidyalayas for the Academic Year 2023-24 has started from 27.03.2023. The last date for registration is 17.04.2023. The registrations will be closed on that date at 07:00 pm. The Admission details can be seen on their website https://kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in and Android MobileApp.The minimum age for admission in class-I is 6 years. Reckoning of age for all Classes shall be as of 31.03.2023. Reservation details will be available on the website (https://kvsangathan.nic.in).
2. Registration for Class II and above started on 03.04.2023 and the closing time is 4 PM on 12.04.2023. The application will be in offline mode only. Admissions will be based on the vacancies available only. The duly filled-up form must be submitted to the office of the Principal in the respective KV. For details, the candidate or his parents can contact the principal of the nearest KV.
3. While applying for admission due care must be taken in filling up the application and providing the details. If any wrong or misleading information is found later on, the admission will be cancelled.

KVS admissions are done based on vacant seats available in each Kendriya Vidyalaya. While fresh registrations are invited for class 1st there are ample seats available. Application for the class 1st can be made on the online portal through, KVS Online Admissions.
Admissions for class 2nd onwards are based on available vacancies and whose forms can be collected from the respective Kendriya Vidyalaya and can be submitted physically there.
Admissions for class 11th shall begin after the declaration of class 10th board results.
