At the first glance, it would be difficult to arrive at the right answer but with a cool analysis, we can vote in favour of PGDM due to the following reasons -
1) PGDM courses are frequently revised depending upon the business needs and market trends to equip the aspirants with their latest trends in their chosen streams such as Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Hospitality Management, IT etc so that their skills are improved for the better utilisation in their areas of application. Reviewing of courses is effected by the experts of the subjects time to time so that the syllabus is fruitful to the aspirants in the changing environments. Modifications are effected with the concurrence of panel of experts as when the situation is called for. The experts keep their eyes open up for the current trends and accordingly they take corrective steps for the corrections in the the particular course structure.
2) PGDM courses take care of new models, tools and technologies to deliver cutting education to their students to benefit themselves with their chosen fields.
3) PGDM courses invite experts of distinguished calibres from among the world for the enhanced learning purposes for the aspirants.These faculties are the real management gurus in their own fields which would serve the aspirants as an eye opener of the strategies indicated by the faculties.
4) PGDM courses help the aspirants to develop their potentials through periodical industrial trainings organised by their institutions so that aspirants could acquire their expertise through the practical sessions.
