Top Colleges in Ahmedabad for Computer Science UG Courses

There are many institutes in Ahmedabad offering UG courses in
Computer Science/Information Technology. Based on the information on various sites as well as the respective institute website, I have sorted out some good colleges/universities and these are as below -
1. L. D. Engineering College - It offers 4 years B.E. course in Computer Science Engineering/Information Technology. The admissions are done through JEE Main/GUJCET scores.
2. Institute of Technology, Nirma University - This institute was established by Nirma University in the year 1995 and offers UG engineering courses in Computer Applications. Admissions are through JEE Mains. It has a good placement network.
3. Indus University - It was founded in 2012 and offers various UG courses in the Computer Science area - B.Tech., BCA, B.Sc., etc. Admissions for B.Tech. are through GUJCET/JEE Mains route while for B Sc./BCA it would be as per the merit of the qualifying exam (Candidates should have at least 45? in their 10+2).
4. Vishwakarma Government Engineering College - This is a Govt college founded in 1994. It offers B.Tech. course in Computer Science/Information Technology. Admissions are done through JEE Mains/GUJCET route.
5. GLS University - A private university established in 2015. It offers a BCA course in Computer Science/Information Technology. Candidates applying for this course should have at least 45? marks in their 10+2 examination. Admissions will be based strictly on the merit of the qualifying exam.
6. Ahmedabad Institute of Technology - It is a popular institute for B.E. courses in Computer Science/Information Technology. The admissions are through JEE Mains/GUJCET route. The Institute has got a good placement record.
