Use of modern technology in primary education

Technological developments are taking place in all fields including the education field also.
In earlier days, a primary school student used to start learning the alphabet by writing repeatedly on a slate using a slate pencil. But now no student uses a slate to learn them. There are charts, videos, printed colour books etc. for learning the same. A video will show the student how to write the alphabet. He will follow the same process and learn. That way technology is developing a lot and students are getting exposed to them.
Different 3D models are available in school and these models will be shown to the students to understand the subject well.
I have seen many videos which are very useful to primary school students to identify colours and name them. A visual aid will make a student learn faster than listening. Teachers are using desktop computers to show them pictures of various birds, animals and trees etc and they are teaching them about them while showing them on the screen.
When we were in primary school, if the teacher is teaching about an item we used to imagine that item but these days students need not imagine, they can see on the screen and understand the lesson.
These days primary school students are having very good exposure and that makes them learn subjects easily and they will remember the same for a long time.
