In interacting with various officials working in ISRO you will find them to be very methodical and work to a plan. They will observe very closely every small point also to achieve success in their mission.
In both organisations, there are engineers and scientists working in different areas. There are jobs in these organisations for engineering graduates and postgraduates, and graduates and postgraduates in sciences also.
Post-graduation in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Production Engineering is required for getting a job as an Engineer or Scientist in such an organisation.
