Stage 1 is JEE Mains and stage 2 is JEE Advanced. The top 2, 50, 000 students from the rank holders in JEE main will be allowed to attend JEE advanced. All the students who are eligible for attending this test can apply for this online. The registration process may start around December 2023.
Jee Mains examination will be conducted by the National Testing Agency, two times a year. Generally in January and April. The official website of NTA is https://www.nta.ac.in/
For PG courses admission in 2024, students have to appear in JAM 2024. On 16th August 2023, IIT, Mumbai launched the JAM2024 website. JAM examination is scheduled to be conducted on 11th February 2024. https://jam.iitm.ac.in/ is the official website for this test. JAM 2024 registration process will start on 5th September 2023 and the last date will be 13th October 2023. Students who wish to appear for this test should visit the official website mentioned above and apply for the same.
The following are the steps for application for this test. 1. Visit the official website ( the above-given link) and click on JAM 2024. 2. A new window will open and register your name by giving the asked-for details and creating your login credentials. 3. log in to the application page and fill in all the details and submit. 4. Download a copy of your application and keep it with you so that it will be useful for future reference.
Candidates qualified in the above examination can apply for master's degrees in IITs.
