When will the UGC-NET June 2023 result be declared?

As of today, there is no news on the official website of UGC regarding the declaration of the results of the UGC-NET June 2023 exam. However, there has been a tweet by the Chairman of the UGC, M Jagadesh Kumar, where he mentioned that the answer keys will be opened for challenge, either on the 5th or 6th of July. As far as the final results are concerned, he further added that they will be most likely announced in the second week of August.
So all those who appeared for the exam, you just need to wait with bated breath till tonight or tomorrow for the answer keys to be released. In case you are wondering, where you should check them up, then rest assured, they will be available at the official website of UGC, i.e. ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
For those uninitiated, who might be wondering what this UGC-NET exam is all about, let me add a few details.
NET stands for National Eligibility Test which is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The exam is conducted to test the eligibility of the candidates for the post of assistant professor and/or Junior Research Fellowship award in colleges and universities in India. The test is held online, twice a year, in the month of June and December. Previously the CBSE used to conduct this test, but since December 2018, the NTA has been conducting it. The UGC-NET test is also useful for those who are seeking a career as a lecturer in private colleges. In fact, many PSUs these days also recruit UGC-NET qualified candidates for the post of executives for R&D posts and otherwise in disciplines such as science, management, human resources, corporate communications, finance, and so on. The attraction of jobs has added to the popularity of the NET exam, which had otherwise been witnessing a gradual decline in appearance.

From the Twitter handles of two important personalities related to UGC NET, various tweets were posted regarding the answer key to be uploaded by the 5th and 6th of July 2023 for the June 2023 cycle and the result to be announced by August.
The first tweet was by the Chairman of the University Grants Commission, Mr Mamidala Jagdesh Kumar, stating that " UGC-NET- NTA plans to start the answer key challenge on the 5th or 6th of July and aims to announce the final results in the second week of August. "
The second tweet was by Dr Tejas P Joshi(Joint secretary (on deputation) University Grant commission) around 20.21 on 5th July, stating, " As per the information received, NTA will release UGC_NET June 2023 answer key around 9.30 PM" But so far no answer key has been updated and student are waiting eagerly for the answer key. From 9.30 PM on 5th July to the morning of 6 July, students are still posting in reply to this tweet.
Since both the sources are very authentic so it is sure that the answer key can be released any minute now there might be some delay which is so far not yet communicated but so far we can remain to rest assured that result to be announced in August.
