Which are the top three medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh?

I understand there are about 67 medical colleges out of which 35 are from the government sector. More than 5,000 seats are available for students to study MBBS. The state government is planning to establish a minimum of one medical college in every district of the state. There are many good colleges there and the best college will vary from specialisation to specialisation, I feel. However, I feel that as of now the following three are the best medical colleges in the State.
AIIMS, Gorakhpur was established as a part of the initiative under Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY.) by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India. This institute was established to correct regional imbalances in quality tertiary-level healthcare in India. It is a part of acquiring self-sufficiency in graduate and postgraduate medical education and training in the country.
Undergraduate and postgraduate courses in medical education in all branches of medical science and related fields will be offered. Nursing and paramedical training is also being offered. All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Raebareli: All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Raebareli was established as an autonomous institution and institute of National importance in 2013.. Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh as the mentor Institute for AIIMS, Raebareli. The Director, PGIMER will be holding additional charge of Director, AIIMS, Raebareli.
