It is not the country that matters but it is the institute that matters. In any country, there may be many institutions offering PG in computer science. All the institutions in any country may not be good. So going to the best country and joining a normal institute is of no use. So I advise the students to give more importance to the institute rather than the country.
Master of Technology in Computer Science will enhance the chances of the student finding a suitable rewarding job in the field. If the degree is obtained from a standard university, the chances will further enhance.
In my opinion, the US is the best destination for candidates who want to pursue their MS in computer science. There are very good universities that are offering standard education to students. My cousin did his MS in the US and joined a highly rewarding job there and settled there.
The unemployment rate for computer professionals in the US is very less and many foreign students studying in the US will get a good job in the same country. Every year the jobs in the sector are increasing by about 15%, I understand. Every year there will be a salary hike and it will vary from 10 to 15% based on the performance of the individual. The universities in this country make the curricula flexible and try to bridge the gap between the needs of the industry and the syllabus.
