As per the various ranking agencies such as National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), QS Rankings etc. Calcutta University is the best among all universities offer MCA course in Kolkata. However, Jadavpur University will remain just behind the Calcutta University. Again, according to the Outlook university ranking, Jadavpur University is the winner in the battle with Calcutta University considering the MCA course. In a nutshell, both the colleges are at the top among all reputed MCA colleges in Kolkata and 'A' graded college accredited by NAAC.

Recently, I had a chance to visit an all-India Education convention with my friend. He was searching for a good institution to get his MCA done, focusing on institutions that provided quality education with favourable placements as well as research opportunities.
