Here are a few points which are the main cause of such inclination towards multinational companies:

I have seen that these companies spend a large amount on training their employees in the form of management development programs, communication skill development, or promotion of business ethics. This timely training hones the skills of the employees and gives them chances for better-streamlined growth.
Better compensation structure:Multinational giants have better compensation structure that attracts the talented minds of the nation. They have a performance based compensation structure that gives better opportunities to workaholic and talented people. Apart from decent salaries they have other incentives and timely performance-based rewards in monetary or non-monetary forms.
Increases brand value:Getting into multinational companies in the initial phase of life give adds more value to your CV if you are thinking of a job change and enhances your brand value.
Networking opportunities:There are a large number of candidates in multinational companies from diverse backgrounds. This diversity increases your network and understanding of different cultures. Also, you can get a chance to form a group of like minded people. It is seen that candidates from top companies are venturing into startups, this is because of the networking opportunities with like-minded people.
Chances of foreign settlement:Large amount of youngsters aspire to work in foreign countries. The main reason for such an attraction for MNC jobs is high remuneration and good chances of future growth. There are many other factors also due to which the freshers are always fascinated by MNC positions. We would go through them.
Working in MNC gives good exposure to the employees and they learn the intricacies of business and its spread around the world. This experience helps them in leaving their current MNC job and going for some good or even higher position in other MNCs.
If a person is good in his work then there is good growth potential for the individual to rise in the organisation and many people have reached the position of CEOs in their respective MNCs. The management of MNC companies is very quick in differentiating a good employee from the average lot and that allows career growth for outstanding employees.
MNCs generally have big volumes of business across the globe and get various works done from reputed service providers. That creates a conducive environment for workers and executives especially the senior executives feel convenience in working in that system and contribute their best to benefit the company which in turn is also beneficial for them.
Students had heard multiple times about the MNCs during their study period. It is obvious that during the placement exercise, they get a craze to enter some MNC to make a bright career.
Some of my schoolmates had worked in MNCs and while interacting with them I came to know that those MNCs were good pay masters and in some cases even gave a very high amount as an exit bonus to some select employees.
