Siemens Studentship Program: We offer scholarships and in-plant project work to third year students from selected colleges. Final placement offers may be made to students at the end of their projects.
Campus Recruitment: Engineers and MBA’s are recruited from various colleges based on their academic record and a selection process in which they are assessed on certain pre-determined competencies.
Trainee Engineers Induction: Graduate Trainee Engineers are inducted with a training period of one year. During this year trainees undergo a complete information program. Every quarter inputs are given in technical, behavioral and functional areas. They are also assigned a mentor to be their coach and friend during this year. Based on a performance evaluation at the end of the year we confirm the trainees.
