The National University of Educational Planning and Administration (NUEPA) is an apex organisation engaged in capacity building and research in education planning as well as education management in India and South Asia. It was established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India in the year 1962 and became a deemed university in 2006. Its location is inside NCERT campus, New Delhi.

Having 10 departments to cater to research, training and capacity building in education as well as education administration, NUPEA has faculty members who are veterans in the field of education. All these departments offer M.Phil as well as PhD in their respective fields of education. Another important course with 1-year duration is, PGDEPA (Post Graduate Diploma in Education Planning and Administration) which has a total of 3months residential works inside NUEPA campus.

M.Phil and PhD application forms can be downloaded from NUEPA website after paying a fee through online banking; It can also be bought directly in person through cash payment or by post after paying a DD in the name of the registrar, payable at New Delhi. The duly filled application forms should be sent postally within the stipulated time. They also provide many online courses and has enabled online study for courses like PGDEPA, which will be accessible after registration and getting accessibility.
