Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University (TNDALU) is a public law university located at Chennai, Tamil Nadu. There are also other constituent government law colleges coming under TNDALU. The university offers 3year LLB, 5year integrated BA LLB, as well as PG in Law under various specializations.

Courses and Admission details, Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University (TNDALU)

5years Integrated courses, BA+LLB / B.Com+LLB / BBA+LLB / BCA+LLB - There will be two semesters in an academic year. A combined degree will be awarded on successfully completing the course after 5years. Selection will be based on merit, depending upon the marks obtained by the candidate in his / her 12th or equivalent as per Tamil Nadu state government's criterion.

3years LLB - Open to candidates with a degree (BA, BCom, BBA, BPharm, BTech, MBBS, etc.), and admission will be merit based, depending on the marks obtained by the candidate in his / her degree. Those who have done their 12th, UG, or PG through an open university without having any basic qualification, as well as those who are employed are not eligible to apply for this course.

2years LLM - PG degree offered in nine specialties of Law. These specialties are - Business Law, Constitutional Law & Human Rights, Intellectual Property Law, International Law & Organization, Environmental Law, Criminal Law, Human Rights & Duties Education, Labour & Administrative Law, Taxation.
