It is the IIIT (Indian Institute of Information Technology) of the state of Madhya Pradesh in India, at Jabalpur. Also known as Pandit Dwaraka Prasad Mishra Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing. It is an Institute of National Importance (INI) in India which focuses on IT enabled Industrial Design and Manufacturing.

IITDM Jabalpur has undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Design (B.Des, M.Des) and Engineering(B.Tech, M.Tech). It also offers PhD in innovative design, manufacturing, graphics, etc.

Admissions to Undergraduate courses are through JEE mains; where as admission to undergraduate courses in design can also be through CEED. Admission to postgraduate courses are through GATE as well as CEED (only for design postgraduate courses). GATE scores are taken as the basis for PhD admissions; But candidates who have completed their qualifying degrees from any IITs or IITDM Jabalpur itself with a CGPA above 8 doesn't need a GATE score.

As per latest information, admission to IITDM Jabalpur's PhD and M.Des programs for 2019 have been started.
