Integrated M.Tech, M.Tech, MS (by research), as well as PhD in Information Technology. IIIT Bangalore is a deemed university.

Integrated M.Tech admissions are open to those who have passed 12th or equivalent, and it will be based on the candidate's performance in JEE mains.

M.Tech admissions will be based on candidate's performance in GATE. M.Tech is open to those who have successfully completed regular four year B.Tech.
