Gautam Buddha University (GBU) is a state university located at Greater Noida, in the district of Gautam Budha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. The university mainly focuses on research, but offers UG, PG, as well as Doctoral degrees in the areas of Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Applications, Biotechnology & Buddhist Studies through its various schools of studies.

1) School of Management - Integrated BBA + MBA, MBA general, MBA in Tourism & Travel Management, as well as PhD in Business Management.

2) School of Biotechnology - Integrated B.Tech + M.Tech as well as B.Tech + MBA (both in Biotechnology), M.Tech as well as M.Sc (in Biotechnology).

3) School of Engineering - Offers courses in varied engineering streams which are,
Civil : Integrated B.Tech + M.Tech as well as B.Tech + MBA, M.Tech (in Environmental Engineering, Structural Engineering), PhD in Civil Engineering,

Electrical : Integrated B.Tech + M.Tech as well as B.Tech + MBA, M.Tech (in Power System Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Power Electronics & Drives), PhD Electrical Engineering.

Admissions, Gautam Buddha University (GBU)

B.Arch admissions will be through NATA along with the candidate's academic records.

Admission to B.Tech as well as Integrated PG courses will be through a university level written test. M.Tech admissions will also be based on a written test and interview.

MBA admission will be based on written test, GD & PI. M.Sc / MSW admissions will be based on merit.

PhD / doctoral admissions will be based on an entrance test along with interview conducted by the university.
