    Please do look into these pending invoices for payment Sir

    I have been a member of ISC for a very long time now. There has never ever been any issue with the payment of my invoices. I generally do not claim immediately at all.

    However, maybe around 60 days ago, I did raise three invoices. One for Rs.1000 has been paid successfully. There are just two invoices pending payment.

    One is Rs.800/-, corresponding to the March 2022 payment, for Rs.800 and this bears the Invoice number ISC -203982. The other invoice that is pending is Rs.1200, this being the cash payment for the month of December 2021, bearing invoice No. ISC 198434.

    I shall be glad if Saji Sir or Tony Sir could kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

    Needless to say, for senior citizens like me, these payments are precious indeed and duly accounted for in all IT calculations, year on year.

    Always it is better to remind the administration about the payment of invoices within one month from the date of your invoice submission. You are talking about an invoice for December 2021, which means it is more than a year old. Anyhow the concerned will advise you. Just it is a suggestion from my side.

    Sivakumar, glad that you woke up at lease now to remind the webmasters about pending payments of Dec '21 and Mar '22. Being an HR expert, I think you must be aware of the formalities and must have taken due care.

    I am putting up this thread to the admin for necessary action. Since it is an old issue, it is likely that clearance will take some time. Please wait for a response.

    A note- Please do not keep your payment claims pending. Try to send the invoice at the earliest. And, do not feel bad to remind the webmasters about pending payments within ten days.

    Saji Sir,

    Am very sorry that I did not understand the rules properly. After my heart attacks my health went for a six and I was not able to concentrate on anything. This is in the past. Today, I submitted the invoice for the payment for this month.

    And I will be more careful now. Thanks a million.

    Everyone who raised a query about their payments should make it a point to revert back to the same thread so that we know whether or not you got the payment. If you haven't got it, we can then send reminders to the Webmasters.
