The reasons behind a country's aggression towards others can be complex and multifaceted, and may vary from one country to another. However, some common reasons that could lead to a country's aggressive behavior are political or economic interests, nationalism, and historical conflicts.
In some cases, a country may seek to expand its territory or influence to gain access to valuable resources or to establish dominance in a particular region. This may be driven by economic interests or a desire for greater political power and control. Say for example China, USA etc.
Nationalism, or the belief in the superiority of one's own country or culture, can also be a factor that leads to aggression towards other countries. Some countries may see themselves as superior to others and may believe that they have the right to expand their territory or influence at the expense of others. Say for example North Korea, Russia.
Historical conflicts can also play a role in a country's aggression towards others. These conflicts may have deep-seated roots in the past and can be driven by a desire for revenge or a belief that the country has been wronged in the past. Say for example India & Pakistan, Russia & Ukraine, China & Vietnam etc.
Whatever the reasons behind a country's aggressive behavior, it is important for the international community to work together to prevent conflicts and promote peace and stability. Diplomacy, dialogue, and cooperation can help to resolve conflicts and prevent them from escalating into larger, more destructive conflicts.

Roshan, you have made some good points in understanding the genesis of aggressions by some countries on other countries. It is true that international common agencies and forums have to play a good role in stopping these offences.

It is their selfish goals and wishes, that made them attack other countries. We all know the wars between different kingdoms within a country and how they were destroying each other. Originally Hyderabad was under the rule of Nawab and was not a part of India. But later it was merged into India.
There are some countries that wanted to show their supremacy and conquer other nations. We all know Britishers were having the habit of going for business to other countries and becoming powerful there. That is how they even ruled our country only.
We will this nature of conquering others not only at the country level but even within the country also. A political party wanted to come into power in as many states as possible. Here one political party attack another party verbally so that they will get votes and get into power.
